Holiday bin collections

BIN collection dates in Northumberland have been revised over Christmas and New Year.

Collections on Monday (Christmas Eve) and on Monday, December 31 (New Year’s Eve) will go ahead as normal, but from Christmas Day they will be two days late.

Bins usually emptied on a Tuesday will be cleared on Thursday, Wednesday will move to Friday and Thursday will switch to Saturday.

From Tuesday, January 1 the collections will take place a day later than normal.

Collections will return to normal from Monday, January 7.
