Applications for planning permission

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr David Wilson, 4 Bank House Farm, single storey garden room to the south of property, extension to be built in stone with white wood windows and doors to match existing structure, roof to be slate to match existing structure, with three roof lights, no alteration to existing building other than addition of extension; also Listed Building Consent; Ms Gillian Brown, 3 Bank House Farm, single storey garden room to south of property, extension to be built in stone with white wood window frames and doors to match existing structure, roof to be pitched slate to match existing structure, with three roof lights, no alteration to existing building other than addition of extension; also Listed Building Consent; Jill Morris, 5 Bank House Farm, single storey garden room to south of property, extension to be built in stone with white wood windows and doors to match existing structure, roof to be slate to match existing structure, with three roof lights, no alteration to existing building other than the addition of extension.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr and Mrs C Rutherford, Ashtree Farm, demolition of existing farmhouse and outbuildings and construction of replacement dwelling.

Morpeth: Mr Abdul Muhit, disused workshop, Chantry Place, re-submission, demolition of existing redundant workshop and re-build to provide two bedroom, 2.5 storey townhouse; Bellway Homes (North East), land south of The Chip, Great North Road (south), hybrid planning application for full planning permission for residential development of 186 dwellings (use Class C3), incorporating landscaping, open space, access and highway works, and outline consent for up to 465 sq metres of ancillary commercial development (use Classes A1/A2/A4/D1); Mr A Harding, 2 Southgate Mews, Tree Preservation Order application for various works to merged TPOs, application consists of the felling of 50 per cent of the trees to ground level and crown reducing by 30 per cent the remaining trees; Mr G Eskdale, Kerrigan House, 1 Somersby Wood, Tree Preservation Order application.

Ponteland: Mr J Alderson, land south of The Blackbird, Thornhill Road, Tree Preservation Order, fell two wild cherry and one plane.

Thirston: Mrs H Telfer, The Limes, The Pipistrelles, Eshott, Tree Preservation Order application to pollard one lime tree to 10ft.

Whalton: Miss C Dolan, Bonas Hill House, Ogle, raising of roof to accommodate first floor extension, new two storey entrance hall and two storey rear extension.
