From tree trimming to roof repairs: the latest planning applications
THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
Hepscott: Mr Graham Davis, land east of Hepscott Manor Farm, Tree Preservation Order, remedial works to one ash tree, remove four dead branches.
Longhorsley: Dr Kirsty Wilkinson, West End Cottage, construction of a two-storey extension to gable end of existing cottage over the footprint of existing separate garage.
Matfen: Estate Office, West Fenwick Farm, Fenwick, variation of condition 13 of CM/20090477 to allow permission to be implemented through the installation of accessways and other infrastructure in the spaces around the buildings before a Natural England/Defra Development Licence is granted to allow work to buildings, this change has been approved by the ecological consultants who drafted the report that the planning condition has been based on – ‘no development shall take place unless in accordance with the mitigation detailed within the protected species report A Wildlife Survey of West Fenwick by E3 Ecology including, but not restricted to, adherence to timing and spatial restrictions and adherence to precautionary working methods’. Propose ‘no development work shall take place to the roofs, masonry or fabric of the buildings unless in accordance with the mitigation detailed within the protected species report’ etc.
Mitford: Mr J Jackson, Cricket Pavilion, Mitford Park, Mitford Hall, demolish existing old and dilapidated pavilion and replace with a new structure; Mr Charles Mitchelson, Charlesworth House, Tranwell Woods, non-material amendment to 11/01267/FUL.
Morpeth: Mr Colin Matheson, 6 Wansbeck Place, proposed kitchen extension, ground floor toilet and shower and extended landing at first floor by demolition and reconstruction as amended by revised site layout plan.
Nunnykirk: Mr Richard Rocha, Wingates Windfarm, non-material amendment to C/09/00084/CCMEIA.
Ponteland: Mr G Houghton, land adjacent to Primrose Lodge, Dissington Lane, change of use to residential by demolition of storage building and erection of one detached dwelling house; Mr T Wass, The Blackbird, North Road, listed building consent, internal alterations to ground floor, including formation of stores, and alterations to first floor and provision of outdoor condensing units; Mr T Wass, The Blackbird, North Road, installation of condenser units to western elevation; Mr Nigel Good, 20 Pinegarth, construction of two storey extensions to front and rear, internal adaptation to suit and new finishes to walls and roofs; Mr and Mrs A Mate, 5 Greenacres, demolition of garage and utility/cloakroom, construction of two storey extension, conservatory and porch; Mateo Espinosa, Peel House, Main Street, Tree notice, proposed balanced reduction by removing 2m and up to a diameter of 4cm to three beech trees, T1, T2 and T3, and shorten back one limb on T2 and T3; Mr John Harris, 92 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, non-material amendment to permission 12/03716/FUL, addition of velux rooflights.
Stamfordham: Mr Simon Halbert, Dalton House, Dalton, demolition of lean-to timber outbuildings and replacement with slate-roofed and timber-clad guest annexe facing into walled garden, but accessed from existing parking area.
Stannington: Mr S Dhillon, former Garden Nursery, Great North Road, Clifton, resubmission of application 12/03434/VARYCO, variation of planning conditions 2 and 3 of CM/20110062, roof tiles and minor fenestration alterations.
Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr David Booth, Farm building west of Middle Stobswood, change of use from general purpose agricultural building to provide facilities for livestock sample testing and related office space.
