Latest applications for planning permission

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

East Chevington: Miss Liz Allen, proposed estate footpaths, Coquet Square, Hadston, four new pedestrian paths across open areas of amenity grassland within housing estate.

Hebron: Mr John Carson, Northgate and Prudhoe NHS Trust, Northgate Hospital, replacement of existing windows with new to fit existing structural openings, colour of windows to match existing.

Morpeth: Mr and Mrs S Tantawy, land south east of The Chimes Lodge, Fulbeck, construction of a single detached dwelling.

Ponteland: Mr and Mrs Martin and Sharon Watson, land at Woodside, Darras Hall, new build two to three storey dwelling with vehicular access located front of the site, associated hard and soft landscaping throughout; Nicola Allan, Belville House, change of use from office to residential and erection of extensions and apartment block; Mr and Mrs David Styles, 149 Darras Road, demolition of existing lean-to conservatory and replacement with single storey sun lounge.

Stamfordham: Mr Roy Henderson, Henderson Lodge, Eachwick, prior notification for a biomass hot water heater for crop drying, pig food cooking and woodchip drying.

Thirston: Mrs Noble, Glebe House, West Thirston, reduction of holly tree, removal of ivy from tree and removal of limb from eucalyptus tree.

Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr R Hills, Hill Top Farm, Gorfenletch, confirmation of immunity from enforcement for a single residential caravan.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr J A Gordon, West Stobswood, proposed agricultural building; Mr Christopher Oliver, Ulgham Park Farm, the road will allow the proper use of the existing building located alongside the field, the road will also allow mechanical feeding of stock rather than the current system of ring feeders being used on the site, which damages the field.
