East Chevington: Mr Graham Mitcheson, Druridge Bay Country Park, new build changing room block with teaching room, new storage area building, new storage compound area with two relocated containers, access track down to lake edge and floating jetty on lake.

Hebron: Mr Doug Nixon, Research laboratory, University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, Cockle Park, removal of three existing dilapidated containerised buildings used for housing young pigs and replacement with one new containerised building for the same purpose on the same site.

Morpeth: Stanners Equipment, Stanners Equipment, Coopies Way, non-material amendment to application 11/03011/FUL, extend extent of re-cladding and extend extent of curtain walling as detailed on plan 5525/20/104B.

Wallington Demesne: Miss Anna Shiel, Wallington, installation of a play train platform in the West Woods to complement the existing play train.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr and Mrs S Walker, 14 De Merley Gardens, Widdrington Station, construction of garage.
