New planning applications submitted

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hartburn: Mr James Cookson, Stable, Meldon Park, conversion of existing store room to biomass boiler room, construction of external enclosure to store biomass fuel and construction of vehicular hardstanding for off-loading fuel.

Hepscott: Mr P Young, South Lodge, demolition of existing entrance porch, construction of new rear side kitchen extension, forming of new entrance door with canopy and new canopy over existing garage entrance.

Morpeth: Mr Jim Allison, 7 Chathill Close, Stobhill Farm, proposed first floor rear extension; Mr Chris Hutton, former Council Offices, The Kylins, Loansdean, non-material amendment to application 05/D/603, change plots 18 and 21-24 from terraced to semi-detached units.
