Round-up of applications for planning permission

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Cresswell: Mr Stuart Robertson, Sawmill Cottage, Cresswell Road, amendment to CM/20100428, change of use and conversion of redundant sawmill to create one dwelling, for the construction of a double garage.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr C Jude, 28 Heddon Banks, rear extension; Mr Chris McDonald, Bays Leap Farm, construction of roundhouse agricultural livestock building.

Lynemouth: Mr Alan Millar, Lynemouth Power Station, Woodhorn, advance work associated with permission 11/01283/FUL and 11/02621/VARYCO to relocate existing modular cabin office accommodation and construct a biomass fuel storage facility with associated infrastructure in advance of the main works.

Ponteland: Mr K O’Donnell and Malcolm Sym, field east of The Nursery, Medburn, outline application for up to 14 executive dwellings with associated access, open space and landscaping; Mr Aftab Nemat, 180 Middle Drive, demolition of dwelling and replacement new family house and garage.

Stannington: Mrs Anne Atkinson, Milkhope Coffee Shop, Milkhope Centre, Berwick Hill Road, Seaton Burn, construction of a single storey extension, the existing listed building is to remain entirely intact with no alterations, the proposed extension has been designed to be physically and visually recessive to the existing structure; also listed building consent.
