NAMES have been put to faces for one of the Herald’s Images of Yesteryear photographs from earlier this year.

The Morpeth Youth Association fund-raising disco in January 1987 brought back memories for King Edward VI School community tutor Alex Robinson, who ran the group, and although he recognised the people pictured he could not immediately name them.

However, one of their mothers got in touch to identify four of the 11.

Second from left is Catherine Mather, third from left is Samantha Lemmon and fourth from left is Lisa Cunningham. Fifth from right is Lisa Hammond, who became Head Girl at the school.
