THERE was a trip down memory lane for Whalton Show goers in our Images of Yesteryear feature.

This photograph of beautiful blooms from 1987 was re-published in the Herald on September 27.

Cranston Cuthbert, pictured right, called when he spotted himself on the pages while reading his weekly paper, and named competition judge Bill Crow as the other person pictured at the event.
