COUNTY residents can now go online to get rid of unwanted animal intruders.

A website booking system has been set up for those who want to eradicate pests such as rats, mice, ants, wasps, bed bugs and fleas.

Information for residents and businesses and organisations is now shown separately, making it easy to see the services available and the range of charges.

The team of technicians covers the whole of Northumberland and they are able to make live updates, book re-visits and text customers that they are on their way.

This has enabled the service to provide more appointments during normal working hours and early morning appointments for those who are unable to take time off work.

The website also includes advice about identifying and treating all kinds of problem animals and a new feature for it is seasonal pest information.
