Society relaxes with massages

MS Society

THE South East Northumberland branch of the MS Society started its 2013 programme with a relaxing evening.

The January meeting is normally a broth and stottie evening, but Deborah Moore, who has given free taster hand, feet and head massages to members for a number of years, was able to come along and six members benefited from one in the time available.

Stephen Proom thanked Ms Moore for giving her time and expertise and the evening was enjoyed by all.

The next meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 13, at 7.30pm in St James’s Community Centre, Wellway. Guest speaker will be Lynne Riddell, the county librarian.

Her subject is A Day in the Life of a Town Librarian. All MS sufferers are more than welcome, along with friends and family.

For further information about any aspect of the South East Northumberland branch of the MS Society or the neurological condition in general, call the confidential telephone number 01670 858939.
