Covid vaccinations ramped up in Northumberland - but residents urged to stay patient with supply issues in April

The county has among the highest vaccination rates in the country with 122,105 first doses delivered (45% of the eligible population) up to the week ending March 16.

However, rates are expected to slow next month due to a UK-wide reduction in vaccination supply.
