LIFE will be a bed of roses at a Morpeth garden centre in a two-week flower festival.
Heighley Gate Nursery and Garden Centre on the edge of the town is dedicating the start of a new month to a Rose Festival.
Customers can pick up free advice about the blooms, take advantage of special offers and even enter a competition to name a new variety.
Centre General Manager Roger Wale said: “We wanted to hold a fortnight dedicated to roses to give people interested in them the chance to find out more.”
The festival runs from Saturday to Sunday, July 17.
