Hunt makes a comeback

THE traditional New Year Morpeth Hunt is coming back to the town centre.

As it took place on January 2 in 2012, the riders and hounds set off from Pigdon to avoid major disruption in Morpeth. But with it being held on New Year’s Day this time, it will start from New Market at about 10.45am.
