MORE people have been identified in old Morpeth photographs that were published in the Herald on September 15.

In the picture of a street party in Manchester Street to celebrate the end of the First World War, top right, Margaret Wells (nee Brady) spotted her father Ronald Brady, centre row second from right.

Mr Brady’s sister Ethel is third from right on the top row.

Mrs Wells also had a photo of adults from the same party, shown centre right.

Freda Browell has a copy of the picture taken during the Christmas fancy dress party at Morpeth Town Hall in 1934, bottom right.

Her late husband Ron, dressed as a chimney sweep, is front, centre.
