£1,000 reward to catch Morpeth raiders
A MORPETH businessman is offering a reward for the return of graphic design software after a break-in at his home.
The man, who does not want to be identified, had his house in Hepscott broken into some time between Monday, April 7 and Friday, April 11.
A variety of items were stolen, from computers to jewellery. Much of the software was contained in two aluminium flight cases which are described as being around 15 inches long and 12 inches deep. Both were locked.
The victim is offering a reward of £1,000 for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible and the recovery of any of the stolen items.
The software stolen in the case is vital for the victim's work but is of no value and no use to anyone who isn't involved in graphic design or video editing work.
