DRESSING down was the order of the day for Morpeth pupils.
Children at Newminster Middle School organised a non-uniform day in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS).

The youngsters decided to hold the fund-raiser after hearing about how the service helped a former member of staff's husband to hospital following an accident.

A cheque for £480 was presented to the charity..
