BIDS are invited to buy a designer garden. Residents in Castle Morpeth are urged to join the national auction for the Samaritans' Breathing Space, Thinking Space plot.
The charity has commissioned designers Catherine Kenny and Wendy Allen to create the garden for the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show and hopes to raise funds for its confidential 24-hour listening service by selling one lot.

Bids can be made online at www.buyoncegivetwice.co.uk
