All aboard for happiness

BUS passengers in the North East are happy customers, according to a new survey.

The independent survey of Arriva North East passengers found that nine out of ten of those who responded were either fairly, very or extremely satisfied with services.

They also praised the information provided, condition of buses and directness of routes.

Arriva North East Marketing Manager John Fozzard said: “We are particularly pleased with the improvement in our overall satisfaction rating as customers are obviously aware that we provide an excellent level of services that get people where they need to go.”
