Police are appealing for information following half-a-dozen recent thefts in Northumberland.

They include 23 aluminium gates being stolen from a business premises on Coopies Lane Industrial Estate, Morpeth, at about 10.20pm on Tuesday, May 23.

Persons were seen to climb over the perimeter fence and pass the gates over, where they were then loaded into a white Ford Transit van with black bumpers.

Diesel was illegally taken from two vans located in a compound at Scots Gap between 5.30pm on Thursday, May 25, and 8.04am on Friday, May 26.

The reference for this crime is 200/260517.

In addition, three pulsator units were stolen from an outbuilding in Matfen between 9am on Tuesday, May 23, and 9.44am on Wednesday, May 24.

These units are used to charge electric fencing.
