East Chevington: Mr Thomas William Griffiths, 6 Bank Top, Main Street, Red Row, re-submission, single storey front extension.

Ellington and Linton: Ms Susan Aviston, Ellington County First School, Warkworth Drive, construction of single storey extension to rear to provide one classroom and a studio with additional external hard-playing surface and new boundary fence to extend school playing field.

Hepscott: Dr Juhu Joseph, Ingram House, 3 South Lodge Wood, fell four pine trees, the trunk bases will remain in situ.

Longhirst: Dere Street Homes, Micklewood Close, retrospective, variation of condition 2 (approved plans) from approval 11/01114/FUL (change of use and conversion of 36, six bedroom, student houses and ancillary buildings to 40 dwelling houses with associated car parking and boundary treatment).

Meldon: Mr S Jupp, land at Quarry House, environmental assessment for 2MW photovoltaic array.

Mitford: Mrs Michelle Smith, land south of Lightwater Lodge, variation of condition 2 of application 12/02740/FULES, change relates to the control room and plant room kiosks.

Morpeth: Mr Martin Waligh, 44 Spelvit Lane, High Church, extension to enlarge living room/kitchen and provision of second bedroom and bathroom in roof space, alteration to garage to provide shower room.

Ms Katie Stirling, Vodafone, Frank Bird, 12 Sanderson Arcade, advertisement consent for one fascia sign, one hanging sign and one LCD advert screen.

Mr Simon Wendt, 130 Newgate Street, two storey rear extension and removal of render to front.

Mrs Reynolds, 5 Crookham Grove, Stobhill Manor, Tree Preservation Order, crown reduce one ash by 30 per cent, crown clean to remove deadwood and remove epicormic growth.

Ponteland: Mr Phil Williams, 119 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, non-material amendment to application 12/00210/FUL (construction of one dwelling, four car detached garage with storage above and detached swimming pool).
