Applications on the table

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Ellington and Linton: Mr Darren Allsopp, 6 Low Farm, Ellington, alterations and extensions to provide ground floor games room with extended bathroom, bedroom 4 with en-suite and bedroom 1 with dressing room and en-suite at first floor.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr David Blakelock, The Paddock, 25 Military Road, conversion of attic space to form master bedroom and formation of six dormer windows in roof.

Morpeth: Mr Mike Willis, 18 Moorfields, Stobhill Grange, proposed conversion of garage to form utility and shower room and to expand study/studio space and flat roof to pitched roof;

Mr Mark Tait, King Edward VI School, Cottingwood Lane, refurbishment and extension to Sixth Form Centre;

Mrs A Bosanko, 4 The Grove, Kings Avenue, rear kitchen/dining room extension and alterations;

Ms Nicola McCoy, 26 Curlew Hill, front and rear single storey extensions;

Mr Neil Crighton, land east and west of Mathesons Gardens, Tree Preservation Order, pollard 11 sycamore trees and two ash trees to 1m above gutter height, crown lift to 3.5metres to four metres to four elder trees, one oak, one lime, two lilac, one holly, one sycamore, two cherry and one maple.

Pegswood: Mr and Mrs R Robson, land north west of Waste Recovery Centre, Whorral Bank, construction of new dwelling and access.

Ponteland: Lloyds Banking Group, Lloyds TSB Bank, 5 Main Street, advertisement consent for replacement of three signs comprising one fascia, one hanging/projecting sign and ATM surrounds;

Mr David Payne, 12 Langton Court, Darras Hall, first floor extension to rear for two carers’ bedrooms, re-roofing bungalow for internal alterations, building up windows on east gable and installation of bi-fold doors to rear elevation, installation of indoor therapy pool;

Mr and Mrs Justine and Jonathan Harvey, Prestwick Farm House, Prestwick, extension to rear of main house to provide a conservatory and sun deck;

McCarthy and Stone Retirement Lifestyles, Henderson Court, North Road, two development name boards with illumination.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Ms Christine Holland, Alma House, Stobswood, demolition of outhouse, alterations to kitchen with new bedroom and en-suite above and construction of a new porch.
