THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
Ellington and Linton: Mr Brian Sweet, 10 Ellington View, Ellington, certificate of lawful use for proposed development – removal of existing conservatory and construction of new sun room.
Longhorsley: Mr Steven Dick, 28 Church View, Longhorsley, construction of a two-storey side extension.
Lynemouth: Ms F Dunbar, 20 Dalton Avenue, Lynemouth, demolish existing porch and build new conservatory to south elevation.
Morpeth: Mrs Vanessa Hall (Rumours), 56B Newgate Street, Morpeth, resubmission – retrospective change of use from B1 to A1.
Ponteland: Mr Martin Collins, land south east of Smallburn Bridge, proposal to reinstate existing access into land at the rear of property, which is subject of condition to use for agricultural purposes;
Mr Chahal, plot 7, Meadow Court, Darras Hall, Ponteland, proposed new dwelling with integral garage;
Kourosh Rezai, 156 Edge Hill, Darras Hall, Ponteland, variation of condition two of approved planning application CM/20110010;
Mr Gursh Tauk, 92 Whinfell Road, Ponteland, construction of single-storey front extension and creation of first floor to provide four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two Juliet balconies;
Mr George Bell, 16 Ladywell Way, Ponteland, construction of a two-storey extension on the north side of the house to provide extra lounge space, garage and utility to the ground floor and two extra bedrooms and entry passage to the first floor. Also, single storey extension to the south side of the house to provide kitchen, toilet/cloakroom and new entrance hall;
Mrs Carron Craighead, land and building to west side of Middle Coldcoats, Milbourne, removal of condition five (restriction of occupancy) from planning approval CM/20100761.
Stannington: Mr Ben Ralston (Northumbrian Water), land south east of Stannington Sewage Works, Middle Duddo junction to Catraw junction, removal of 14x5m sections of hedgerows to facilitate new sewerage; Mr Mateo Espinosa (Bellway Homes), land south west of Royston House, St Mary’s Lane, St Mary’s Park, erection of two dwellings.
Thirston: Mr David Orange, Lister Chase, Stable Drive, Eshott, Tree Preservation Order – remove deadwood and crossing and rubbing limbs within the crown of two lime trees.
