Applications submitted for council planning approval

The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hartburn: Mr Charles Nicholson, Broom House Cottage, two storey extension to provide sitting room, cloaks and utility with bedrooms over, room in roof space and new entrance at ground level.

Longhirst: Mr Steve Hamilton, 23 Micklewood Close, crown reduce to two multi-stemmed Limes, a balanced shape and flowing branch line will be maintained, the length of branch cut back will vary, but will not exceed 5m.

Mitford: Mr G Davis, Wildacre, Tranwell Woods, construct triple garage with games room over, new access gates and piers, enlarged entrance, dormer with balcony, porch and sun room.

Morpeth: Mr Stan Robson, 1 Swansfield, extension of first floor to provide additional bedroom with en-suite and master bathroom; Boots Opticians, Stead and Simpson, 21 Bridge Street, replace entrance doors with single central entrance door, with fixed panels either side.

Tritlington and West Chevington: 3R Energy Solutions Ltd, Causey Park Farm, installation of two E48 wind turbines with hub height of 50m and rotor diameter of 48m, height blade tip is 74m.

Ulgham: Mr Lawrence Child, Manor House Cottage, erection of car port on private land at north side of the property on an existing gravel drive.
