The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Hartburn: North Court Developments, North House, East Marlish, detached garage; Mrs Sarah Fenwick, Boat House, west of Lake View House, non-material amendment to 14/01777/FUL (conversion to single dwelling).

Hepscott: Simon Beeby, land west of Dunces Houses, three detached dwellings with integral garaging and associated access.

Morpeth: Mr Baty, 24 Brumell Drive, Lancaster Park, single storey extension and alterations to rear to provide increased kitchen/utility and living room; Mr James Parkin, The Kylins, Loansdean, non-material amendment (addition of obscure glazed window to side elevation, plots 25-28a) to application 05/D/603 (Re-submission, demolition of buildings and provision of 48 dwellings, 40 apartments with improved highway access).

Pegswood: Mrs Katy Quigley, 34 Bamburgh Drive, dormer extension to front.

Ponteland: Mr and Mrs Nigel Lever, 37 Linden Way, Darras Hall, demolition of garage/kitchen/utility and erection of two storey side extension, demolition of conservatory and erection of two storey side extension, demolition of study and erection of single storey rear extension; Mr Andrew Lawson, 33 West Road, Tree Preservation Order application to fell one sycamore, oak and ash; Mr Jonathan Stokes, 9 Bell Villas, advertisement consent for one hanging sign, two awnings and one hand-painted sign.

Whalton: Mr and Mrs William Graham, track from C154 to Broomhill, change of use of barn to form annexe, renovation of store room to form utility/boot room and alterations to pole barn.
