Morpeth’s Castle Chiropractic has gone from strength to strength and the busy local company is expanding by adding massage therapist Andrea Forster to its team.

The Sanderson Arcade clinic, opened in November 2009, will host weekly sessions by Andrea and is hoping its patients will benefit from her 20 years’ worth of experience.

Andrea has studied various styles and techniques enabling her to tailor each massage to the needs of the individual being treated.

Andrea has also studied reflexology, an ancient form of therapy believed to have been practised for over 4,000 years.

Reflexology is a pressure-point foot massage said to stimulate reflex actions elsewhere in the body.

Treatment can be a one-off session, but several visits are recommended for long-lasting benefits, especially when dealing with chronic conditions.

Claire Fitzpatrick, head of the clinic, said: “We are delighted to be expanding our team here at the arcade.

“We want to be able to give our patients as many options as possible when they visit, and Andrea brings a vast amount of experience.”
