MORPETH school pupils came into town to learn about different types of meals.

The visits to Manzil Tandoori in Oldgate (Indian), Nadon Thai in Newgate Street and Pizza Express in the Market Place were enjoyed by the reception class at All Saints First School.

They were part of the school’s Foods from Around the World project, which also included some role playing and cooking, and linked with its Working with Parents initiative as the Manzil and Nadon owners each have a child in the class.
