RAIL users in Northumberland can communicate direct with transport officials in a live online forum.

East Coast is opening the forum to North East passengers on Tuesday, offering them the chance to put questions, comments or suggestions to directors and senior managers.

Any aspect of services is open for discussion and those taking part will be able to view the wider debate, including questions and responses from others, via the live discussion board.

The forum will be held between noon and 3pm and the website will be made available just before the debate.
