Plenty to chew on at Budget breakfast for county residents

RESIDENTS and businesses can get top tips on how to respond to the Government’s next budget at an event in Morpeth this week.

A team of tax experts from Tait Walker Chartered Accountants will host an interactive breakfast seminar, offering advice and a bite to eat to anyone after a clearer insight into Chancellor George Osborne’s announcements today.

The free session will take place in Morpeth Town Hall on Friday morning.

Tait Walker’s taxation partner Alastair Wilson said: “This is set to be a hugely informative seminar, with our team of experts touching on a number of key issues from the 2013 budget which directly impact on people living and working in Northumberland. We’re encouraging everyone and anyone to join us for a spot of breakfast, following which the team will discuss the budget’s key findings, rounding off with a question and answer session.”

The accountancy practice operates region-wide, with its Northumberland office based in central Morpeth.

It recently announced that investment in its wealth management service has seen it double the team in just 12 months.

Several recent appointments in the department have now brought the total number specialising in wealth management to 18.

Those who would like any further details about the Morpeth breakfast seminar or to register for the event are asked to contact Kirsty Ramsey by telephone on 0191 2850321 or email kirsty.ramsey@taitwalker.co.uk
