Stewart heads the team

AN experienced professional has been appointed to lead the property and development team at a social landlord which is responsible for hundreds of homes across Northumberland.
Stewart Allan has worked at a high level in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, which Isos Housing believes will be crucial as the organisation expands its work into different areas.
The trained quantity surveyor and chartered builder arrives at Isos from Home Group, having previously held senior positions at Persimmon Homes, Lanson Developments and Taylor Woodrow.
In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the housing association’s growth by securing new development opportunities and building on existing strong partnerships with key organisations in the sector.
This includes new property projects and the maintenance and repair of the existing Isos estate.
Mr Allan said: “What attracted me to Isos is that it’s a regional organisation with a very significant business already – and it has aspirations to do much more.
“This role provides me with an opportunity to grow and develop a particular area of the organisation.”
