Additional aircraft for growing airport

Two new aircraft have landed at Newcastle International Airport.

After arriving last week, the Airbus A321 planes (registrations G-TCDD and G-TCDE) are now taking holidaymakers overseas to Zante (Greek island) and Dalaman (Turkey) as part of the Thomas Cook Airlines fleet.

The firm introduced flights to the Greek island of Kos from the airport this year and there will be two new destinations in 2015 – Santorini (Greek island) and Hurghada (Egypt).
