New job for KEVI old boy

A former Morpeth schoolboy has headed across the Border to take up a new hotel management role.

Ken Hardy, who attended King Edward VI School, has been appointed General Manager of Ednam House Hotel in Kelso.

The former Rothbury resident graduated from Northumberland College and has managed some of the leading independent country hotels in Yorkshire and the North East, including Grants Hotel in Harrogate and Aldwark Manor Hotel in York. For the last four years he was at Best Western Dower House Hotel and Spa.
