A SERIES of sales masterclasses to help businesses compete more effectively are being led by a director at Morpeth-based BizVision.
Malcolm Gallagher has presented to more than 40,000 business people around the world on subjects including selling in tough times over the past 12 years.
The Client XL sessions go into detail about a client-centric process which it says will help firms to increase their chances of securing sales.
Mr Gallagher said: “The ‘similar society’ of similar firms with similar offerings, run by similar people means that clients often choose firms based on price.
“Client XL is set to help those organisations who don’t want to be mediocre but wish to stand out and improve their chances of winning sales.
“With budgets being cut, it has never been more important for organisations to take a more client focused approach to business.”
Each workshop has content that is geared and interpreted to its specific industry group.
The following will take place at the Thistle Hotel in Newcastle between 9am and 4.45pm – Monday, September 19: training and consulting sector; Tuesday, September 20: business to business sector; Wednesday, September 21: creative, digital and marketing.
They cost £197 + VAT, although all participants also receive a free 90 days access to BizVision’s Virtual Coach service.
