Castle Communicators

Castle Communicators, a speakers club, is now a year old.

In August 2014 it opened its doors to anyone who wanted to improve their confidence and competence in speaking.

The club, which uses the Toastmasters International tried and tested methods, has remained true to its original aims and provides a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in which people can progress at their own pace, gaining the experience they need for that all-important interview, work presentation, wedding speech, village meeting, or for story telling and entertaining.

Speeches are peer evaluated to provide the feedback required to progress. Throughout the meeting humour is often injected, which adds to its ambiance.

Castle Communicators has a web page at www.castle.toastmastersclubs.org and a Facebook page, Castle Communicators, which are interlinked. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, from 7pm to 9pm, at Morpeth Methodist Church, in Howard Terrace.

Visitors are welcome.
