The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Heddon on the Wall: Mr Robin Brims, St Andrew’s Vicarage, The Towne Gate, advertisement consent for the installation of a noticeboard providing information of vicar, services and events.

Lynemouth: Mr Kris Burnett, 27 Kingsley Road, proposed rear extension.

Mitford: Mr Tony Brooks, Site 3, Tranwell House, Tranwell Woods, variation of condition 2 (plans) of approved planning application 15/02904/FUL.

Nunnykirk: Mr J. Bell, agricultural buildings at East Farm, Wingates, proposed conversion of agricultural buildings to residential use (two dwellings).

Stannington: Mr Matthew Waugh, O2 communications mast, Lough House Drive, removal of top 3.5m section of existing 21m mast structure and replace with 5.5m high mast extension (overall height of mast will be 23.16m), installation of three replacement O2 antennas with three RRUs at the top of extended mast (taking overall height of structure with antennas to 25m), installation of two 0.6m transmission dishes to be sited on structure and existing transmission dish relocated, and minor ancillary works.

Wallington Demesne: Mr Matthew Banks, Wallington estate, installation of a new electricity cable in a purpose dug trench to a feed a newer electrical feeder pillar in the West Wood.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Ian Kayll, 52 The Gables, Widdrington Station, demolition of existing conservatory and construction of single storey garden room to rear of property.
