PEOPLE in Northumberland are being given the chance to explore the county’s coastline.
The Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Partnership will hold a series of walks each Wednesday until the end of August, taking in a section of the coast each week.
The walks will be led by Iain Robson, accompanied by a coastal expert, such as a botanist, geologist, ranger or birdwatcher.
All walks are free, but participants will need a bus fare for transport back to the starting point.
The first walk, from Cresswell to Warkworth, takes place on Wednesday, covering 10.5 miles. It starts at 9.20am at Cresswell Ices.
Booking is essential on 01670 622660, or by email to email@example.com
