A NORTHUMBERLAND forest is being used as the backdrop for a course that can help boost comradeship as well as developing new skills.
The company – who are now using a forest in Eshottheugh, Felton, is run by experienced outdoors instructor Chris Hall, and offers a range of activities including, canoeing, cycling, bushcraft, leadership and team building.
“A typical day might see teams of people learning to build shelters, or bridges so they can cross a river, we even have forest furniture making, where the team build chairs and tables from branches,” said Chris.
“We also offer adventure activities for children so they can learn team building skills while building a stretcher or jackstay.”
