THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
Hepscott: Mr Graham Davis, land east of Hepscott Manor Farm, Tree Preservation Order, remedial works to one ash tree, remove four dead branches.
Longhorsley: Dr Kirsty Wilkinson, West End Cottage, construction of a two-storey extension to gable end of existing cottage over the footprint of existing separate garage.
Matfen: Estate Office, West Fenwick Farm, Fenwick, variation of condition 13 of CM/20090477 to allow permission to be implemented through the installation of accessways and other infrastructure in the spaces around the buildings before a Natural England/Defra Development Licence is granted to allow work to buildings, this change has been approved by the ecological consultants who drafted the report that the planning condition has been based on – ‘no development shall take place unless in accordance with the mitigation detailed within the protected species report A Wildlife Survey of West Fenwick by E3 Ecology including, but not restricted to, adherence to timing and spatial restrictions and adherence to precautionary working methods’. Propose ‘no development work shall take place to the roofs, masonry or fabric of the buildings unless in accordance with the mitigation detailed within the protected species report’ etc.
