RESIDENTS of a new housing estate in Widdrington Station simply had to pop out the front door to have their say about the services they receive.
Staff at Two Castles Housing Association hit the road this summer to give people living in its properties the opportunity to share their views.
They have been to developments across the North East and Cumbria in a camper van, including Beaumont Court in Mile Road which is on the site of the former Willows pub.
As well as having the opportunity to put forward their comments and ask questions, residents received a range of information about energy efficiency and dealing with debt.
Clare Galland, resident involvement officer at Two Castles, said: “Our residents are at the very heart of what we do and the roadshow has proved incredibly popular with lots of residents attending.
“We have been able to gather some great feedback about our services, which will be useful moving forward.”
