Latest round of applications for planning permission

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Trustees of The Belsay Trust, Belsay Estate Office, change of use of part of the existing estate office into a shop; Mr Fred Houghton, 1 The Red House Barns, construction of gin gan extension.

East Chevington: Mr Neil Henshall, 2 Reading Cottages, North Broomhill, erection of a single storey side garage extension; Mr Julian Lemahan, Broomhill Health Centre, Hadston Road, Hadston, refurbishment of the existing health centre involving minor alterations to the external facade.

Hebron: Mr John Carson, Northgate and Prudhoe NHS Trust, Northgate Hospital, replacement of existing windows with new to fit existing structural openings, modification of two window locations.

Hepscott: Mr Brian Dobinson, 3A Hepscott Manor Farm, erection of garden shed.

Longhorsley: Dr C Massey, Lindisfarne House, East Road, replacement of monopitch porch roof with gable end roof, new roof will be slate to match main roof; Mr D Cunningham, The Croft, erection of one holiday cottage.

Lynemouth: Mr R Streener, 12 Park Road, kitchen extension.

Morpeth: Morpeth Rugby Football Club, Pitch 3, Low Ford Field, Mitford Road, change of use from agriculture to rugby pitch and playing field; Mr Glen Hart, 66 Wansdyke, first floor extension to rear of property, alterations to existing garage from flat roof to pitched roof; Optimisation Developments, land at Staithes Lane and east of Dark Lane, variation of condition to allow minor material amendments, relocation of ATM pod from area adjacent the store into the surface car park; NHS Primary Care Trust, Merley Croft, Loansdean, works to trees; Mr Norminson, 8 Norham Drive, Stobhill Manor, works to trees; Mr Simon Clemmitt, 7 Thornton Close, Stobhill Manor, extension over existing garage.
