Latest round-up of applications for planning permission

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr Gary Wilson, 11 Bank House Farm, construction of first floor bedroom extension over existing ground floor bedroom; also listed building consent.

East Chevington: Mr Dean Belisle, 80 Simonside Crescent, Hadston, erection of a second storey extension on to an existing porch to rear of property.

Hebron: Mr David Taylor, East Benridge Farm, application for prior notification for proposed barn for storage of straw.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr Dale Paterson, 22 Remus Avenue, proposed single storey extension and access ramp.

Longhorsley: Mrs Walker, 35 Church View, Badgers Ford, Tree Preservation Order application, remove one ash tree and crown reduction of 20 per cent to second ash tree.

Morpeth: Mr B Watson, 20 Thorp Avenue, alterations to dwelling; Mr Ian Jobson, 2-3 Craig Court, Coopies Field, change of use to dog day care unit, no dogs to be kept on premises overnight.

Netherwitton: Mr David Wood, Whinney Hill Farm, hedgerow removal notice, removal of approximately 190m hedge.

Ponteland: Mr and Mrs J Varris, 51 Willow Way, construction of proposed bedroom and en-suite extension with new entrance wall and gates.

Mr Tom Nichol, 33 The Lairage, retrospective, lean-to sun room to rear.

Mrs Lesley Marshall, 18 Parklands, proposed garden room and en-suite extension, canopy over front door, new tiled pitched roof over garage in place of existing felted roof and extension to driveway.

Stannington: Mrs Sarah Reid, land adjacent to West Duddo Farm, proposed timber summerhouse; Jessie Johnston, land south west of Stannington First School, Church Road, notification of the intent to replace two double poles with terminal poles for overhead power cables.

Whalton: Mr and Mrs Barham, 1 The Terrace, re-submission, construction of two dormers to rear elevation, replacement of rear external door, lowering of first floor structure to rear of property, infilling of concrete ground floor, removal and alteration of internal walls to rear of first floor, installation of two extractor vent terminals and installation of one internal door to dining room; also listed building consent.
