Appeal for volunteers

RESIDENTS in Northumberland with hearing loss have been invited to join a research panel.

Action On Hearing Loss is appealing for volunteers with hearing loss or tinnitus to join the group to help inform the charity’s work.

Panel members are given regular opportunities to take part in research projects by completing short online surveys, as well as thorough one-to-one interviews and focus groups.

Evidence gathered will inform the charity’s policy, services and campaigning work.

Director of Research, Roger Wicks, said: “Our research panel is a great opportunity for Morpeth residents with hearing loss or tinnitus to help shape our work in the year ahead by highlighting the vital issues that affect their everyday lives.”
