Burglars nick garden gear

BURGLARS have stolen a tractor and mower from premises in Morpeth.

Police are seeking information about the break-in at the Golf Centre in Whalton Road, which took place overnight between Wednesday and Thursday last week.

Thieves broke into a shed and stole a red Shibaura tractor and an Allan lawn mower.

Anyone with information about the theft should contact police on 101, or call independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
