NORTH East crimebusters will find it easier to pass on information to police with the launch of two new services.

Independent charity Crimestoppers has now launched a mobile version of its website to allow people to pass on information about crime confidentially from their phone.

And a similar service has been set up for youngsters via the charity’s Fearless site. People can also make a donation via text message through Just Text Giving.
