THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Mr Fred Houghton, 1 The Red House Barns, construction of gin gan extension.

Hebron: Miss Tracy Chaplin, Longacre, Fairmoor, extension to provide granny annexe.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr A Watson, Heddon Banks Farm, reserved matters, proposed new dwelling.

Longhirst: Mr Brian Rudd, Barnacre, use of garage as ancillary to bed and breakfast accommodation and installation of new windows and doors.

Longhorsley: Mr and Mrs P Crowley, Oaklea, East Road, alteration and extension to existing bungalow together with associated landscaping works.

Morpeth: Mr Mark Tait, King Edward VI School, Cottingwood Lane, extension to existing school building to create new classroom and ancillary accommodation; Dransfield Properties, land at Staithes Lane and east of Dark Lane, rationalisation of external materials to the building and car deck area; Mrs Sara Humphries, Greggs, 21-23 Bridge Street, one new fascia sign, one projecting sign; Mr Norminson, 8 Norham Drive, Stobhill Manor, Tree Preservation Order, fell two trees; Dr MacDonald, 2 Geantree Cottages, Tree Preservation Order, reduce sycamore by 45 percent and re-shape remaining crown to increase health and stability of tree.

Pegswood: Miss Liz Allen, land within Morpeth Avenue and Hebron Avenue, landscape improvements, including whinstone over run strip adjacent highway and five seats.
