Ellington and Linton: Mr Tony Wall, 17 First Row, Ellington, proposed side and rear extensions, with some minor amendments to front elevation.
Hepscott: Mrs Kamelia El-Sobky, Barmoor Cottage, Barmoor, proposed demolition of existing garage and creation of new dwelling with separate garage.

Ponteland: Mr Robert Banks, 104 Darras Road, Darras Hall, proposed two-storey extension to the rear of the existing house to provide a larger kitchen, utility and larger conservatory at a ground floor level and an additional bedroom and en-suite facilities at a first floor level; Mr Dave Maughan, Clickemin Farmhouse, change of use of land from agricultural land to residential garden; Mr Thomas Rochford, 28 Linden Way, Darras Hall, proposed bedroom and en-suite over garage and utility; Mrs Angela Renwick, 78 Cheviot View, retrospective application – proposed single storey infill to porch; Mr Derek Lee, 83 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, erection of a two-storey four bedroom dwelling and garage, residential garden and means of enclosure; Mrs Kathleen Mavin (Ponteland Town Council), land south west of bridge, Darras Road, Darras Hall, works to trees protected by a tree preservation order – one holly bush to be reduced in height, removal of an alder sapling and fell one diseased tree.
Stannington: Mr Duncan Gass, Delta Force Paintball Centre, Seaton Burn, change of use of land from commercial forestry plantation to a mixed use comprising commercial forestry plantation and recreational paintball games, together with the erection of structures ancillary to the recreational element of the mixed use; Key Developments (HC) Ltd, former A1 Diner/Bardon site, Station Road End, erection of 41 residential properties plus associated access, parking and landscaping; Mr Scott Marley, 6 Park Drive, Hepscott Park, extension over existing garage and new extension to rear.
Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Christopher Warren, windfarm car park (A1068 Widdrington to Hadston), change of use to retain temporary car park/site compound constructed in connection with the North Steads windfarm.
