A GROUP of Morpeth teenagers were thrilled with the success of their charity masquerade ball.

Jack Marshall, Imogen Scott, Faye Gullon, Robbie Morgan, Laura-Jo Cavner, Annabel Smith, Rebecca Turner, Fern Grimwood, Hannah Allen and Amy Coopersixth of King Edward VI School organised the event in aid of the Children’s Heart Unit Fund at the Freeman Hospital as part of their A-Level Business Studies coursework, as a result of friend Euan Russell’s experiences.

A total of more than £2,000 was raised. The team thanked the businesses that donated more than 28 prizes for the raffle.
