Meldon: Mitford Estate LLP, Lightwater Cottage, hedgerow removal notice – removal of 541m of hedgerow to combine separate parcels of land.
Mitford: Mr Gary O’Connor, land south east of Tranwell House, Tranwell Woods, variation of condition two of planning application 14/02739/FUL (a new build two-storey house on plot with separate access within the grounds of Tranwell House).
Morpeth: Mr G. Wallace, 4 Norham Drive, Stobhill Manor, proposed rear two-storey extension to enlarge bedroom and provide en-suites;
Ponteland: Mr Fernando Gonzalez, 1-3 Brewery Lane, installation of new frontage to restaurant (it is being converted into a Spanish restaurant); Mr John Redhead, 10 Church Flatt, Eland Haugh, proposed rear extension with conservatory, construction of new chimney, re-location of existing garage and widening of driveway; Mrs Nabila Rani, 160 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, proposed two-storey kitchen extension to rear, two-storey garage extension to side and new entrance gates with piers.
Thirston: Applicant name not available, Oak House, Eshott Village, Main Road, Eshott, tree preservation order application – remove one damaged limb from a cherry tree (Prunus), fell one copper beech tree (Fagus Sylvatica) and fell one maple tree (Acer); Mr Philip Hantman, South High Moor Farm, erection of a garage/store and change of use of first floor to holiday let.
Wallington Demesne: Mr Matthew Banks, Wallington Hall (B6342 Shielhill to Cambo), listed building consent application – installation of new cables across the site, including new trenching, and installation of a new electrical switch room.
Whalton: Mr Phillip Watson, land north of East Low House, extraction of 2,000 tonnes of stone from existing quarry in grass field in order to lay agricultural building foundations and build up track that leads to farm.
Widdrington Station and Stobswood: land east of East Stobswood Opencast Site, change of use of existing quarry office building to dwelling house (C3 class use).
