Royal party pack up for grabs

A FREE jubilee party pack is up for grabs for a lucky Northumberland school.

Recognition Express North East England, which is a supplier of promotional products, is offering the prize in a school writing competition, with pupils invited to write a letter to the Queen, telling her why their school is special.

The most captivating entry will win a Diamond Jubilee Party Pack, including flags, bunting, balloons and ribbons.

Children can write either individually or as a group and the closing date is Friday, May 11.

Business owner Mike Vineberg said: “We wanted to mark the occasion and because we’ve got a wide range of jubilee memorabilia that we can brand for companies, we thought local schools might appreciate having some official jubilee merchandise and decorations.”
