Tools stolen in farm burglary

A FARM near Morpeth has been hit by thieves.

A number of tools were stolen from the premises off the A192 in Hepscott some time between 4pm on Wednesday, February 20 and Saturday morning.

The culprit entered an unlocked outbuilding and stole a red and black Milwaukee breaker, a Paslode nail gun, a red and black Milwaukee saw, a Bosch drill, a Makita circular saw, a Milwaukee drill and assorted drill bits in a yellow box.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary and anyone who saw suspicious activity or vehicles in the area, or who has been offered any of the tools for sale, should contact officers on 101, ext 69191. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
